Doctoral Studentship Clinical Psychology Phd in Environmental Science, Sweden


The student will be part of two working groups for cooperation. The position, atmospheric aerosol group is used, addressing, ie activities particulate matter, the Department of Nuclear Physics in the Physics Department. Our research on the suspended particles to the effects of aerosols in the climate system of the important environmental issues and health. The project is in close cooperation with the Department of Physical Geography and Ecosystems Analysis, part of the Department of Earth and ecosystems where biogenic emissions of organic compounds and their analysis are investigated.

Eligibility/Entry Requirements

Employment as a graduate student may be granted if the program students will be accepted. The adoption of the doctoral program is based on the estimated ability to work well in your postgraduate studies. It is also one of the basic criteria for employment. In addition, you must have a recognized qualification in a relevant curriculum. Basic eligibility for training at the doctoral studies is a study of the University Colleges with course requirements at least 240 university credits (högskolepoäng), including at least 60 advanced must be met. The highest priority is given to applicants with a master's degree in environmental science, physics, meteorology, engineering, physics, chemistry, biology, physical geography, or the like.

In the evaluation we will especially look at knowledge and experience in the fields related to the project, the applicant?s ability to work independently, take responsibility and address scientific questions. It is also important that the applicant can communicate well in written and spoken English.

Postdoctoral Position – Laser Spectroscopy- Indian Institute of Science

Scholarship Description: A research position in the group of Prof S Umapathy at the Indian Institute of Science, to develop laser spectroscopy based instrumentation for applications in studying materials. The salary scale would be similar to DST approved post-doc salary along with HRA.

Desired qualification for Postdoctoral Scholar: PhD in Physics/Physical Chemistry/Chemistry

Initially the position is for 1 year and can be extended up to 3 years. We have access to excellent computational facilities and IISc has a very good working environment. Accommodation can be made available in the IISc postdoc hostel. Salary as per DST guidelines.

International Bachelor Scholarship 2011 Clinical Psychology Phd at Humber Institute Canada

Humber offers full tuition renewable scholarships for qualified incoming international students beginning classes in September of each year.

Full Tuition Renewable Scholarships

Humber offers three full tuition renewable scholarships (Approximate value $ 12,200 CAD). These scholarships are available for NEW international students only (two offered in September and one offered in January of each year). Applications will be considered based on academics, community involvement, referee/reference letters and statement of interest. Renewal of the scholarship will be based on the student’s ability to maintain a 70% GPA in each year of his/her program at Humber. An application form will be included with your acceptance package. The scholarships will be applied toward the successful students’ tuition fees.

Bachelor’s Degree Scholarships

These academic scholarships (available to academically qualified incoming students) are awarded at the time of offer based on the following high school/secondary school grade point average:

75-79.9% – $ 1,500 (one-time)
80-84.9% – $ 2,000 (renewable)*
85-89.9% – $ 3,000 (renewable)*
90-94.9% – $ 3,500 (renewable)*
95% or above – $ 4,000 (renewable)

Bachelor’s Degree scholarships are available to students coming directly from high school/secondary school studies, who are non-transfer students (i.e. haven’t attended college or university, or studied in Humber’s EAP program), and are unlimited in quantity.
